Dr Jo Walker is a Senior BSLA Facilitator with several years’ experience in supporting teachers and literacy specialists implement BSLA in Years 0- 3. With a strong background in literacy education, Jo was previously a National Director for Resource Teachers of Learning and Behaviour.
She is an experienced primary teacher, Resource Teacher of Deaf children, educational psychologist and initial teacher educator. Jo has extensive experience facilitating professional learning and development in oral and written language and reading.
Jo supports BSLA schools and literacy specialists across Auckland, Taranaki, Hawkes Bay and Gisborne.
